General Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a provision is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).

The distance contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded at the moment when the Buyer has created a shopping cart in the online store, provided true information without deception – the Buyer's name, surname (in Latin letters) and delivery address (if necessary), exact postal code, and has read these Terms, presses the “Order” button and makes the payment. Or by placing a written order via email [email protected], specifying the required goods and their quantity, attaching the necessary files for personalization in the email, and clarifying the need for delivery.

The Seller has the right to contact the Buyer using the email address provided in the order, based on the concluded contract or to resolve any uncertainties related to the fulfillment of the contract.

DISTANCE CONTRACT

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Agreement:

Ordering

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type, quantity, and delivery method of the goods to be ordered.
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Payment procedure

The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the goods by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

If payment for the Order is not made within 3 working days, the Seller has the right not to reserve and to sell the goods.

Payment for the Order made later than 3 working days will be refunded to the Buyer's bank account if the specific goods have already been sold during this time.

If the invoice received is paid by another person instead of the user, the payer must indicate the invoice/order number for which the payment is made. Otherwise, the Seller is not responsible for the untimely execution of the order and does not cover any losses incurred by the user.

Delivery

When choosing delivery to a parcel locker at the time of ordering, the Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact Parcel Locker, recipient's name and surname, and contact phone number to which an SMS will be sent when the parcel is placed in the locker. Otherwise, the Seller is not responsible for the untimely execution of the order and does not cover any losses incurred by the user.
Usually, goods are delivered to the parcel locker within 2-3 working days from the moment the order is manufactured.
The Seller ensures delivery of goods within 5-10 days after payment for the goods has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
Goods can also be received free of charge in person, by prior arrangement of the place and time.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to sending the goods back to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.
The returned goods must be in their original packaging in the same condition as when purchased by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods are damaged as a result of the Buyer's intentional/unintentional actions
  • the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order
  • the ordered goods have been used

Section 12, part six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, have been carelessly used during use, instructions have not been followed, the original packaging of the goods is lost, or the packaging is significantly damaged.

Custom design development

The Seller has the right to publish the free design/product created for the client in their galleries and also place it in the online store for commercial purposes. If the design is specially created for the client for an additional fee, further use for commercial purposes is not allowed, only publication in the gallery as an example of completed work.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified email address.
